What we offer

FROM AI TALK TO AI IN PRODUCTION

AI consulting from SEOS goes beyond advice and talks. We set up the AI environment, interview staff to map roles and work processes, and build agent workflows that genuinely help your people in their day-to-day work. We always start with an AI readiness analysis – a maturity assessment of your data, processes, skills and governance – so that we build what is worth building and leave out the rest. Most AI can be bought piece by piece. What makes the difference is the combination of business understanding (knowing what is worth building) and genuine technical depth (building it to last). A good AI consultant gives you an honest no when AI is not the right tool.

  • AI readiness & maturity assessment

A structured assessment of where you stand on data, processes, skills and governance – with a concrete priority list of what is worth building first, and what should be strengthened before you start.

  • AI strategy & prioritisation

Mapping of roles and workflows, prioritisation of use cases by value versus complexity, and a realistic plan from where you are today to production.

  • AI workshops & talks

Practical workshops and talks that give the team a shared picture of what AI can and cannot do – and identify concrete use cases in your own business.

  • Setting up the AI environment

We set up the technical environment – models, integrations, permissions and security – so that the solutions work with your real systems and data, not just in a demo.

  • AI agents

Autonomous agents that handle customer enquiries, research and decision support — built on GPT, Claude or your own models.

  • Workflow automation

Automate repetitive processes between your systems — approvals, reports, data flows — and free up time for work that creates value.

Our process

FIVE STEPS FROM CURRENT STATE TO MAINTENANCE

  1. AI readiness & mapping

We start from where you actually are. Through interviews we map roles, work processes and flows, and assess how mature your data, skills and governance are. Without that picture, you end up building the wrong things.

  2. Prioritising use cases

Not every process is worth automating. We weigh benefit against complexity and identify where AI will make the clearest difference first. This is also where we say no to ideas that look tempting but will not hold up.

  3. Setting up the AI environment

We set up the technical environment – models, integrations, permissions and security – so that the solution works with your real systems and data. That is the difference between a demo and something you can rely on in production.

  4. Building agent workflows

We build agent workflows that help your staff with specific tasks – not generic chatbots. Every workflow is tested on real cases before it goes live. For deeper automation and RAG systems, we work with our sister brand AI Partner.

  5. Maintenance & follow-up

AI solutions need looking after, because models, data and needs change. We track results, make adjustments and keep developing the solution over time. Maintenance is where the difference from a one-off project shows.

Tech stack

PROVEN TECHNOLOGY, CAREFULLY CHOSEN

We choose tools for what the project needs — not for what is fashionable. Every technology in our stack is chosen for performance, scalability and long-term maintainability.

  • AI

    Claude

Anthropic's LLM, which we use for AEO-ready content production, semantic chunking, design and design system documentation. We connect Claude directly to your website through an MCP server — so Claude can read, suggest and update CMS content in real time, with no manual steps in between.

  • AI

    OpenAI API

GPT models for AI-driven automation — text generation, classification and summaries.

  • automation

    Make

Visual automation platform with a wide range of integrations — our first choice for most flows.

  • automation

    n8n

Open-source automation with self-hosting, for clients with strict privacy or cost requirements.

  • language

    Python

Preferred for data processing, ML integrations and AI pipelines in automation flows.

  • language

    Node.js

JavaScript runtime for custom automations that need more logic than visual tools can handle.

  • backend

    Supabase

Postgres-based backend with authentication, real-time features and file storage out of the box.

  • CRM

    HubSpot

A CRM that is often the hub of our clients' automation flows for leads, deals and email marketing.

AI CONSULTANT, AGENCY OR YOUR OWN TEAM?

There are several ways to bring in AI expertise: a specialist AI agency, a general IT consultant, your own in-house team or an off-the-shelf AI tool. They all have their place. Below we show honestly where we are strongest and where something else may suit you better. We are not the best at everything – if all you need is a narrow, ready-made tool, it is often cheaper and faster to buy it directly.

Questions & answers

What does an AI consultant do?

An AI consultant helps you take AI from idea to practical use. At SEOS, that means advice and workshops, but above all mapping your processes, setting up the AI environment and building automation and agent workflows that lighten your staff's workload. A good AI consultant also says no when AI is not the right tool for the problem.

How much does an AI consultant cost?

It depends on your AI maturity and the scope. An engagement typically starts with a fixed-scope AI readiness phase, followed by ongoing work on set-up, build and maintenance. We tailor the scope to where you are. Book a call and we will give you a concrete quote based on your situation.

When do we need an AI consultant?

When you can see that AI should be able to lighten your workload but you do not know where to start, or when internal attempts get stuck at the demo stage and never reach production. An AI consultant brings structure: a clear picture of where you are, a set of priorities and a path to solutions that hold up. You do not need to have everything in place before you bring in help – often it is the other way round.

Do you work with companies outside Stockholm?

Yes. We are based in Stockholm, but most of our work happens remotely. We do the mapping and workshops on site or over video, and the ongoing work runs just as well wherever you are.

What happens if we are not ready for AI yet?

That is the whole point of starting with an AI readiness assessment. If the basics of data, processes or governance are not in place, we show you what needs strengthening first. Often the right first step is to remove those obstacles, not to build an AI solution on shaky foundations.
