DIGITAL MARKETING AT AI'S PACE, WITH HUMAN QUALITY
SEOS Design is a digital marketing agency that acts as an extension of your marketing department when the team is at full stretch and the to-do list would keep two teams busy – or as your external marketing department if you do not have a marketing team yet. We also help you make your own marketing better and more efficient, from SEO and content to advertising on Google, LinkedIn and Meta. People provide the strategy, the editorial judgement and the knowledge only you have. AI provides the pace and the production. You own everything we produce, including the AI context files we build.
THE SAME HEADCOUNT. FAR MORE RESULTS.
A marketing team of one or two people rarely has too little to do. The website needs work, SEO needs managing, the ads need reviewing, and someone asks how the company shows up in ChatGPT. The list would keep two teams busy, and most of it ends up half-done.
We do two things. First, we improve what you already have: design, copy, conversion and structure. Then we agree on a mode together. Either we raise the ceiling on what your own team can get done, with better processes and tools, or we take on parts of the work – or all of your marketing – ourselves, in close collaboration with you. Either way, specialists set the strategy and review everything, while AI handles production at a pace no traditional team can match.

Our process
FROM A FULL TO-DO LIST TO A PRIORITISED PLAN
We weren't looking for an agency that would just deliver a website – we were looking for a digital partner. SEOS Design built the website, set the tone of voice and now runs all of our SEM work. Having everything in one place, with a skilled and innovative team that owns the whole picture, has made an enormous difference to pace and quality. We couldn't be happier!

An initial call. We go through your situation, what needs to grow – enquiries, bookings, deals – and whether and how we can help. You get our view on where the biggest gains are – even if the answer is that you can manage on your own.
Reviewing what you have
We review the website's design, copy, conversion and structure, how you rank in Google and show up in AI answers, and, if needed, your ad accounts and tracking. The result is a prioritised list, with the changes that deliver the most for the least work at the top.
Mode and plan
We decide together what should be done, by whom and in what order – and how results will be measured. We might strengthen your existing marketing team, or lay the foundations for a newly started company. You approve the plan before anything starts.
Work, check-ins and reprioritisation
The work follows the plan, with regular check-ins. What works gets more room; what does not is stopped. The scope can grow or shrink with your needs. No lock-in period.
Set-up and price based on your needs
Priced to your needs – the first consultation is free
The set-up and price are agreed after an initial free consultation, where we go through what you need help with and how much your own team handles. The price depends on which areas are included, which mode you choose and how large a share of the work we take on. You know what is included before the work starts.
The ongoing work follows a plan that is reprioritised according to what is working. The agreement can cover whatever you need help with, and there is no lock-in period. You pay ad budgets and licences in your own name – for example your website platform or CRM – directly to the supplier. The tools we use ourselves are included in our fee.

Common questions about scalable marketing
What is scalable marketing – and what should never be automated?
Scalable marketing means results can grow without headcount growing at the same rate. That becomes possible when AI takes care of the repeatable work and people keep what requires judgement.
Neither extreme works well. Fully automated marketing becomes generic: the copy sounds like everyone else's, the ads say the same thing as the competitors', and neither readers nor search engines reward it. Fully manual marketing keeps the quality but is too expensive and too slow for a small team. We recommend the middle path: partly automated marketing.
The division of labour looks like this:
- AI provides the pace and the production: drafts, ad variants, compiling search data, monitoring how you show up in search and AI answers, material for reports.
- People provide the strategy and the editing: what should be done and why, for whom and in what order – and what should never be published.
- You provide the insights: what your customers ask about, what the salespeople hear every week and what you have learned about your market. No model can come up with that.
The last point is what determines quality. Without your knowledge, even well-written content becomes interchangeable. That is why the work is built on short, recurring check-ins with you, and why nothing is produced without a plan you have approved.
What does an external marketing department do – and what is marketing as a service?
An external marketing department is a team outside the company that works on your marketing continuously, rather than in one-off projects. Marketing as a service is the industry's name for the same model: you buy marketing as a service that can grow or shrink as needed, without hiring.
The model works when there is more work than the team can handle, but no single area justifies a full-time role. A small marketing team rarely needs an SEO specialist, an advertising specialist, a writer and an analyst full time. It needs a share of all four, in varying amounts over the year.
If you need to set the direction first – which goals, which channels, which website – we can help with digital strategy.
How is this different from hiring a marketer or a fractional CMO?
An employee brings presence and continuity, but one person rarely covers SEO, advertising, content and measurement equally well. A fractional CMO brings leadership, but usually not the hands-on production. With us you get a share of several specialists, as much as you need, and the scope can change. We recommend hiring when the need is large and stable within a single area.
How do you use AI in your work?
Widely – for ideas, drafts, design, development, ad variants, compiling search data, monitoring and report material. That is where the pace comes from. But a knowledgeable person always sets the direction, turns the AI's output into something good and checks it before anything goes out: the right facts, the right tone and the right priorities. Your own insights and our distinctive processes for research and production are what make the content stand out – in a good way.
Why do we start with what you already have?
The fastest way to get better results is rarely to produce more. It is to make what already exists work harder. Most companies have a website, some content, an ad account and some data, and these often deliver less than they should.
That is why we recommend a review before anything new is produced:
- Design: do the website and the ads look like a company you would want to buy from, and are they consistent?
- Copy: do the pages answer the questions buyers actually have, and could the answers be quoted in an AI answer?
- Conversion: how many visitors get in touch, and where do the rest leave the page?
- Structure: is there a page for every search and question that has business value?
The review produces a prioritised list, with whatever delivers the most for the least work at the top: a service page sitting just off the first page of Google, a form with too many fields, an ad campaign paying for the wrong searches. We describe how we work with contact routes and forms under conversion rate optimisation.
Only once the foundations work does it pay to speed up. Otherwise you just scale up what is not working.
Two modes: do we raise the ceiling for your team or take on parts of the work?
We choose the mode together, based on what your team looks like today. Many clients mix the two, and the split can change over time.
Mode 1: we raise the ceiling on what your own team can get done. You have people who are able and willing to do the work, but not enough time. So we work on your processes and tools: templates and workflows for content, AI support set up for your company and your tone of voice, tracking that shows what works, and clear review routines. The team does the same work in less time, with more consistent quality. The knowledge stays with you.
Mode 2: we take on parts of the work ourselves, in close collaboration. You lack the time or skills in some areas, so we take responsibility for them – for example SEO, advertising or content, or all of your marketing if you have no team – while you keep what is closest to the business. We check in regularly, and you approve the plan before anything starts.
In both modes, the work follows a plan that is reprioritised according to what is working. The agreement can cover whatever you need help with, and there is no lock-in period. We do not promise a fixed volume each month. We promise that the time goes where it makes the biggest difference.
What can be included – from SEO to advertising on LinkedIn and Meta?
The plan decides what is included. Few companies need everything at once, and we would rather recommend a couple of areas done properly than many done by halves.
- SEO: technical foundations, page structure and continuous improvements to the pages that should bring in business. We work the same way as in our SEO service.
- AEO and AI visibility: making sure ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews find your offer and describe it correctly. More on that under AI SEO agency.
- Content: service pages, guides, a glossary and case studies. The copy is produced using the same process as our SEO content: AI drafts, human review and your approval.
- Google Ads: search ads for the searches where you need to be visible now, with conversion tracking in place before the budget goes up. See Google Ads.
- LinkedIn and Meta advertising: campaigns aimed at defined audiences, with the ad and landing page built as one and the messages tested against each other.
- Conversion rate optimisation: finding where visitors drop off and making improvements that get more of them to get in touch. See conversion rate optimisation.
- A/B testing: headlines, messages, offers and contact routes are tested against each other on the website and in the ads, so that decisions are based on data instead of opinion.
- Copy and design: messages, headlines and visual material for the website, ads and campaigns.
- Measurement: conversions, sources and reports that show what leads to enquiries. The data decides what gets priority next.
- Ongoing website development: new pages, better structure and adjustments to design and contact routes, in your existing platform.
The value lies in connecting the areas. Search data shows which questions buyers ask, and those questions become both guides and ad messages. The ads quickly show which messages work, and those messages move onto the website. With one partner who sees the whole chain, lessons carry across instead of staying stuck in one channel.
If you also need CRM flows and marketing automation, that is available as an add-on through our automation service. We also help your team use AI internally – which tools suit you, how to set them up for your company and which workflows give you the most time back.
Do you help with advertising on LinkedIn and Meta?
Yes. We set up and run campaigns on LinkedIn and Meta, and build the ad and landing page as one. We recommend having conversion tracking in place before increasing the budget, so you can see which audiences and messages lead to enquiries. We also manage the ongoing organic presence – posts and channel strategy – as part of the same set-up. Read more on the page about social media.
When is this the right set-up – and when is it not?
The set-up suits companies where one to three people are responsible for marketing – or that have no marketing team yet – where the website is an important sales channel and where ambition outstrips the calendar. That is often true of startups, scaleups and small and medium-sized B2B companies. It also suits companies that mainly want help with strategic direction and with making their own processes more efficient.
In some situations it is a poorer fit. If you mainly want someone to lead the marketing department on site, a fractional CMO is a better choice. If you need PR or events, choose an agency with that breadth. And if you have no time at all to answer questions, the result will be generic, whoever does the work. We need your input regularly, but it does not take much time.
It is the same way of working that drives our own business. We have no sales department – our clients find us through the same kind of marketing we set up for you, adapted, of course, to the needs of your company and industry.
How is the price set?
Based on your needs. We start with a free consultation and then propose a set-up and a price. The price depends on which areas are included, whether we support your own team or take over parts of the work, and how large the scope is. There is no lock-in period. Ad budgets and licences are paid directly to each supplier.
Who owns the material you produce?
You do. The copy, ads, plans, templates and workflows we produce are yours, as is all the data in your accounts – Search Console, Analytics, ad accounts and CMS. The work is done in your accounts and on your platform. If the partnership ends, you take everything with you, and your team can carry on with the same processes.
How quickly can we get started?
The first step is a free consultation. After that we review what you already have and propose a plan. How quickly the work starts depends mainly on how fast we get access to the website, analytics tools and ad accounts, and on how quickly you can approve the plan. If you have a fixed date, such as a launch, mention it on the first call.
WHAT ON YOUR LIST WILL MAKE THE MOST DIFFERENCE?
Book a free consultation or request a quote directly. We will look at your team and what is on the list, and tell you what we would prioritise first – and whether you are best off doing it yourselves, with our support, or with us doing part of the work.
