SEO CONTENT AGENCY – COPY THAT RANKS AND GETS CITED
Hire an SEO copywriter from our SEO content agency and you get pages written to rank in Google and get cited by AI assistants – finished and published, not drafts. A specialist is in charge of strategy, angle, facts and tone, using your expertise as the source. AI provides the speed. You pay a fixed price per project or work with us under an ongoing SEO agreement, with no lock-in period.
YOUR EXPERTISE, OUR COPYWRITER, THE PACE OF AI
When you hire an SEO copywriter from us, you buy more than copy. You get the keyword selection that decides what is written, the copy itself, publishing on your platform and tracking in your search data. A specialist on our side is in charge of angle, facts and tone, using your industry knowledge as the source. AI writes the drafts and provides the speed. Every text rests on three things: a plan in which the pages support each other, a context file that keeps facts and tone consistent, and a structure that works for both Google and AI assistants. That last part means a direct answer first, headings worded as the buyer's questions, and a title tag and meta description that match the search. Before publication, each text is fact-checked against the primary source and read through by a person so that it sounds like you. Then you approve it. What we learn goes into the context file, so the copy gets better with every round.
You can hire us for a defined project at a fixed price, based on a plan you already have, or as part of an ongoing SEO agreement, where the work follows a plan that we reprioritise as we see what works. This page covers what is included, how production works and what it costs to hire an SEO copywriter from us.

Our process
FROM TOPIC TO PUBLISHED PAGE
At Startabolag AB, we contacted SEOS Design in summer 2025 to update our website. There were some challenges in connecting the old database to the new website, but SEOS solved them smoothly and professionally. We are very happy with the new website. SEOS has also helped us increase our organic traffic and has optimised our search ads. We use SEOS on an ongoing basis to improve our visibility further. We warmly recommend SEOS to anyone who needs a new website or wants to strengthen their digital presence.
Per Englund RydbergCo-founder, StartabolagTranslated from SwedishStrategy and keyword selection
We map the searches and AI questions that bring you business and build a content plan in which the pages support each other. You approve the plan before any text is written.
Context file and template
We interview you, read your material and set up the context file with your tone of voice, facts, positions and banned wording. Every format gets a template with direct answers, question-style headings and source requirements, so the AEO structure is built in from the start.
AI draft and human review
AI writes the drafts, guided by the context file and the template. A specialist on our side reviews the angle and tone, checks the facts against the primary source and rewrites anything that does not hold up. You approve each text before publication – in regulated industries, through your own approval process.
Publishing, monitoring and pruning
We publish the copy on your platform with metadata, internal links and schema markup, and track every page in your search data. Pages that do not perform are expanded, merged or removed – and the context file is updated with what we have learned.
What does an SEO copywriter cost?
fixed price per project after a call · ongoing within an SEO agreement · no lock-in period
A defined project – a service page, a cluster of glossary terms, a rewrite of existing pages – gets a fixed price after a call. The price is driven by research, getting to know your product, fact-checking and the number of languages, not by word count. Ongoing content is part of an SEO agreement: usually SEK 10,000–50,000 (≈ €900–4,500) a month, following a plan that we reprioritise together with you and that can cover more than SEO. No lock-in period. If it is unclear where to start, we often recommend a fixed-price SEO audit first.
Our guide to SEO agency pricing in Sweden covers typical price levels, the types of SEO agreement on offer and what to insist on in a contract. You own the copy, the context file and your accounts from day one.

Common questions about hiring an SEO copywriter
What is included when you hire an SEO copywriter from us?
You get the strategy and finished, published pages – not drafts to edit yourselves. Keyword research weighted towards purchase intent decides which searches and AI questions to cover, in what order and how the pages should support each other. Each text is then published on your platform with a title tag, meta description, internal links and schema markup. You approve every text before it goes live. Each one is written to rank in Google for a search with business value and to be lifted out as an answer by ChatGPT, Gemini and AI Overviews. The formats are the ones that build topical authority in your niche:
- Glossary terms and knowledge base – short pages that define terms and capture the questions buyers ask AI.
- Guides and in-depth articles – longer pieces targeting searches with business value, built as topic clusters around your service pages.
- Service pages and landing pages – pages with purchase intent, written so that the same page works for both organic search and Google Ads.
- FAQ pairs – follow-up questions and answers linked to the right page.
- Rewrites – existing pages close to page one that need a lift rather than a new text.
The step-by-step guide to SEO copy covers how to build an individual text: search intent, structure, headings and the most common mistakes.
SEO copywriter or SEO writer – what is the difference and what should you pay for?
The terms are used interchangeably, and the pricing models differ more than the roles do. An SEO writer usually writes to a ready-made brief and keyword list and charges per text or per word. An SEO copywriter writes copy that ranks and leads to the next step – an enquiry, a quote request or a purchase – and is more likely to work on the page's structure, title tag and meta description as well.
With us, you do not buy either role on its own. You buy the keyword selection, the copy, the publishing and the tracking as one project. What you pay for is research, getting to know your product and fact-checking, not word count. Pay per word only when the brief and the keyword list are already done and the copy is the only thing missing. If there is no plan, that is what to pay for first. Otherwise you end up buying texts that compete with each other for the same search.
Freelance SEO copywriter, content marketing agency or us – when does each make sense?
Start by asking who owns the strategy. If you already have a keyword list and a content plan, a freelance SEO copywriter or SEO writer is often enough, and in that case it is the option we recommend. A content marketing agency makes sense when you want volume and editorial breadth across many channels. We are the right fit when the copy has to tie in with keyword research, page structure, technology and measurement.
Our clients are usually companies that know what business the website should generate but lack the time, a writer or the SEO experience to build the pages themselves: a marketing department without its own writer, a growth company where the founders have the knowledge but not the time, or a company with no marketing department that wants to hand all its content work to us. Our comparison of freelancers, agencies and in-house hires covers when a consultant is the better choice and how to compare quotes.
How does the copy help you in AI answers?
AI assistants answer from what has been written. If no page says that you solve a particular problem, they answer that you do not – and name someone who has written about it. That is why every text is built so that each section can be lifted out and stand on its own: a direct answer under every heading, headings worded as the buyer's questions, and FAQ pairs for follow-up questions.
How does production work – and where does the human come in?
Every text goes through five steps: strategy, template, AI draft, review and pruning. A person makes the decisions in strategy, template, review and pruning, and AI writes the draft in between. The order is what determines quality: without a plan and a template first, the draft comes out generic, and without a review afterwards, whatever does not hold up gets published. The AEO structure is built into the template, not bolted on later.
The review is the step that sets us apart from a pure AI tool. A specialist on our side reads every text: is the angle right, are the facts right, does it sound like you and does the text answer the question? Whatever does not hold up is rewritten or cut. Then you read the text and approve it before it is published.
What is the context file – and why does it guide every text?
The context file is a single document per client that guides everything AI writes for you. Without it, a model writes the same text for everyone who asks for "an article about X". With it, the model writes your text.
The file has several parts, including these four: word choice and tone; facts about products, prices and integrations, with a source for every detail; your positions on what you recommend and advise against; and wording that must never be used – regulatory requirements, guarantees you cannot give, competitors you do not want to name. We build it at the start from an interview with you, a review of your existing material and calibration against the first texts. After that, it is updated whenever you launch something new, change a price or your salespeople learn what customers are asking about – and with every correction either of us makes to the copy. That way, the tone gets more accurate with every round. We use the same method for our own website.
What will you never publish?
Every figure, percentage and "according to" claim is checked against the primary source before publication, and the source is linked in the text. If a claim cannot be backed up, it is cut, whether the draft came from a model or a person. AI models repeat made-up figures with the same confidence as real ones, and we do not want your copy to spread them further. That is why we keep a short list:
- Statistics without a primary source – even if they appear in ten other articles.
- Made-up experience, such as "we tested" or "our clients often see", unless it is true and can be demonstrated.
- Case studies, figures or quotes the client has not approved.
- Promises of rankings or results.
- Wording that breaks your regulatory or legal requirements.
According to Google Search Central, Google judges content on quality and usefulness, however it was produced, but treats content mass-produced to manipulate rankings as spam. What matters is that a person checks the quality before anything is published. That is the role our review fills, and the final approval is yours.
Do you write the copy with AI?
Yes, the drafts are written with AI. Your context file and our template steer the model, and a person decides the topic, angle and target audience before anything is written. After the draft, a specialist checks the facts, the tone and whether the text answers the question, and then you read the text and approve it. We are responsible for the quality of the content, not the model.
How do you make sure the facts are right?
Figures and "according to" claims are checked against the primary source, following the list above. Facts about your product are taken from the context file you have approved, not from the model's memory. In regulated industries, we work within your approved wording, and you approve every text before it is published.
We already have a tone-of-voice guide – will you use it?
Yes, it becomes the foundation of the context file. What we add is what a tone-of-voice guide usually lacks: facts with a source for every detail, your positions, and wording that must never be used. We calibrate the first texts together with you. If you do not have a guide, we build the context file from an interview and your existing material.
How do you decide what to write first?
We look at three things. First, which searches and AI questions with business value you have no page for – that gives us the list. Second, how tough the competition is in your niche – that decides how much depth each topic needs. Third, how much reviewing and approval your organisation can keep up with. In an ongoing agreement, we reprioritise the plan together with you, and the agreement can cover more than copy.
What does it cost to hire you – and do we need an SEO agreement?
Defined projects – a service page, a cluster of glossary terms, a rewrite of pages close to page one – get a fixed price after a call, and they do not require an SEO agreement. We need a brief or a keyword list, and we set up a shorter context file at the start, so the copy sounds like you even if it is just one text. Ongoing work is part of an SEO agreement, usually SEK 10,000–50,000 (≈ €900–4,500) a month depending on competition and scope. The work follows a plan that we reprioritise together with you. The price is driven by research, getting to know your product, fact-checking and the number of languages – not by word count.
Do we own the copy?
Yes. You own the copy, the context file, the content plan and all data in your accounts – Search Console, Analytics and CMS. The copy is published on your platform, not ours. If the partnership ends, you take everything with you.
WHICH SEARCHES ARE YOU MISSING A PAGE FOR?
Request a quote and we will get back to you with a fixed price for the project you describe. If you would rather start with a call, we will go through the searches and AI questions you currently have no pages for, what should be written first and whether an SEO copywriter is the right investment right now – or whether something else should come before it.
