The challenge

Trust as a business-critical design principle

Tillväxtstöd helps Swedish companies find and apply for the right support, grants and funding. In this field, credibility and clear authority decide whether a visitor will even consider handing over their company registration number. The challenge was to build a website that immediately signals "this is a company you can trust" without losing its ability to convert.

What we did

  1. Next.js, Vercel and Sanity instead of an off-the-shelf platform

We settled on a bespoke architecture: Next.js on Vercel, with Sanity as the headless CMS. We deliberately chose code over Webflow so we could meet more complex requirements: smooth multi-step forms feeding into Salesforce, real-time lead validation by company registration number, and strict performance targets. Sanity's MCP also gives us a scalable environment for SEO and future development alike.

  2. Design, tone of voice and copy

We developed the visual direction and wrote the copy for Tillväxtstöd. The tone of voice is professional without being stiff: clear and to the point, backed by a knowledge base for readers who want to go deeper. Every element is chosen to reinforce the first impression: a subtle animation that types key details such as headcount, turnover and year of registration into the form, authentic testimonials, and a knowledge base that helps visitors understand which support may apply to them. This is E-E-A-T turned into concrete design and copywriting.

  3. Headless CMS, built for a technical team

A coded website on Next.js + Sanity is a particularly good fit when a developer or a technically minded marketer runs the website in-house. The architecture gives full control, allows deep integrations and lets the team run broad, high-quality digital initiatives efficiently, without the limits of an off-the-shelf publishing tool. The website loads fast, performs strongly on Core Web Vitals and ranks as well as it converts.

  4. A long-term digital partner

The partnership continues after launch: we handle maintenance, further development and the full range of SEM – SEO, AEO and PPC (Google Ads and Meta ads). Tillväxtstöd has a single partner that owns the digital stack, from technology and content to paid and organic visibility.

In autumn 2026 we added Facebook and Instagram as the next channel. The search ads catch business owners who are already looking for grants; the Meta ads reach those who don't know their company may be entitled to support. Tillväxtstöd owns the ad account and pays Meta directly. We set up tracking with a pixel, a verified domain and custom events for what counts as an enquiry, and produced the ads in three angles that were tested against each other. In the first four weeks, the campaign reached 105,000 people and generated 6,350 landing page visits, at SEK 3.21 per visit and around SEK 80 per enquiry. The result

Tillväxtstöd now has a website that matches its position as an authority in an industry where trust is not a bonus but a basic requirement. The coded Next.js + Sanity architecture makes the website fast, measurable and ready to scale, in content and conversion alike. Qualified leads flow straight into Salesforce, and the partnership continues long term, covering maintenance, further development and ongoing SEM work, which now includes social media advertising.

In the client’s words

We weren't looking for an agency that would just deliver a website – we were looking for a digital partner. SEOS Design built the website, set the tone of voice and now runs all of our SEM work. Having everything in one place, with a skilled and innovative team that owns the whole picture, has made an enormous difference to pace and quality. We couldn't be happier!
