The challenge
Software, expertise and data in one offer
Zerotude helps property owners improve the energy performance of their portfolios. At its core is a data platform that makes work on energy performance certificates, energy plans and energy audits easier. Around the platform are energy experts and a large dataset on Sweden's buildings.
All this has to be explained to three groups with different questions. Property owners want to know what it delivers. Energy experts want to know how the calculations are done. People who work with data want to know what is available. A website that leads with the platform answers only one of those questions.

What we did
Three entry points by role, solutions before the platform
The work began with customer meetings and a workshop, before any design. That is where the order was settled: solutions first in the menu, the platform after.
Visitors pick their role and land on a page written for that role. The offer is the same, but each page describes it in terms of what that group will use it for.

The platform explained without screenshots that date
Screenshots of an app go out of date as soon as the app changes. So the platform is shown through illustrations that represent its functions, while the text explains what it does: it turns public data into a picture of each building.
The question of how the calculations are done gets an open answer: research-based models and a method that anyone can read.

Demo booking and forms on the website itself
Visitors should not be sent off to a form tool at another address. The demo booking is built into the website, in three steps that start with the visitor's role, so the demo can be tailored before the call.

Webinars, reports and blog in one place
Many in the target audience need to understand the new energy legislation before they can weigh up a solution. Webinars, reports and the blog each have their own pages with search and filters, so visitors who are not ready for a demo can still find what they need to know.

The result
The website launched on 1 October 2026. The old URLs redirect to the new ones, every page has a title and description approved by Zerotude, and the website works as well on mobile as on a wide screen.
